A meno di un anno di distanza dal grande impatto di "Too Many Late Nights", acclamato da pubblico e critica e che ha portato la band in tour in Italia e all'estero (fino allo Sziget Sound Fest), ecco la nuova release della band "punkromantic psychoblues": cinque brani ad alto voltaggio, che fremevano per venire alla luce e che suonano come la vecchia NY Alphabet City: un mix di follia, sesso e fughe attraverso strade rischiarate dall'alba di un mattino dopo una notte che non può essere raccontata".
Con “Early Morning Dyslexia”, Black Eyed Dog riaccende il proprio vortice elettrico per andare ancora più in profondità, con un lavoro sulla precarietà dei sentimenti, l'istintività e l'abbandono, sul valore e la solennità delle scelte.

L’ep Early Morning Dyslexia è sin dal titolo la prosecuzione naturale e azzeccata di una strabiliante evoluzione del progetto, iniziata con il precedente Too Many Late Nights, album che aveva segnato il passaggio di Black Eyed Dog da songwriter solista (due dischi all’attivo con Ghost Records) alla attuale formazione a tre. Sia in fase compositiva che nella performance live il suono si è arricchito di magnetismo e audacia, in un mix indecifrabile che per molti rappresenta una forma genuina di “sciamanesimo punk”.
